[Drama---Bloody Massacre with lots of LOL.]
[*]
- Instead of actual plot, there was an epic battle to fill the time. This movie was horribly pathetic, Colin Farrells portrayal of Alexander was not correct. He was trying to make him look fragile and broken but his interpretation of fragile was to make him look timid and quite frankly a wuss. In my mind I pictured Alexander to have inner conflicts but be strong and powerful in front of his people. This I feel came across but only in small glimpses. I also felt like there was also a lot of unnecessary man on man action
was Alexander really gay? Omg in one of the first battles where it kept on switching back and forth between Alexander and one of his enemies with really, REALLY bad eyeliner. Hahaha, that was great, so epic, so LAMO.
There were lots of well known actors starring in this movie such as Anglina Jolie, Jared Letto, and Antony Hopkins. I felt as if the movie was a fad where one friend trys to convince all of his other friends that this was a good idea. Angelina Jolie was thrown in as a bone for the boys, cuz if I was a guy and just saw Alexander as a wimpy ruler, hell to the no would I watch/ recommend it to my friends. If I saw Angelina Jolie maybe. Haha, Antony Hopkins epic speech at the end was excellent but as good of an actor he is he couldnt save the movie. If I may compliment some things I would like to say that the battle scenes and the sets in general were well done. Great Directing, work on the plot.

-FLAWLESS-
[Mystery---AHhah! I guessed right.]
[**sup>1/2]
- Not gunna lie, Demi Moore looked older
no way older than her character was supposed to be, which was 37 years old. I feel bad because it distracted me from her acting. The movie was a lot like an old mystery movie, lots of dialogue and keeps you guessing. Not like mystery movies nowadays where there is basically just action and not dialogue whatsoever. It is easy to do an action movie, but it is hard to actually act. The development of Demi Moores character could have been more in depth; I would have liked more of a background on what her character was about and how she kind of came to be. Not an excellent movie but it kept me kind of guessing. BTW, Micheal Cane = da shit. I love him in all of his movies.
